Step 1: The Digital Invite
We start by sending an invitation directly to your worker. They’ll get an email to sign up, where they can quickly upload a photo of their face and attach their relevant certificates.
Step 2: Induction & Compliance
Need your workers to be up to speed before they step on-site? You can require them to complete a digital induction as part of their sign-up process, ensuring everyone is compliant before they arrive.
Step 3: Instant Access
When your worker arrives on-site, it’s as simple as a glance. They scan their face on our tablet, the system instantly verifies their identity and status, and the turnstile lets them straight through.
Pincode access & Barcode access
Barcode Scanning: Each worker is allocated a unique barcode, which they use to scan in. Because this is linked to their profile, the same barcode can be used across different sites, making it easy for workers moving between projects.
PIN Code Access: We can also set up a unique PIN code for each worker. Like the barcodes, these can be allocated to work across different sites. While this is a handy alternative, just keep in mind that a PIN isn't quite as secure as facial scanning, as codes can technically be shared between people.
Certification & Induction Expiry Alerts: Automated reports highlighting workers whose inductions or certifications are about to expire, ensuring only compliant personnel are on-site
Whether it’s facial, PIN, or barcode access, all entries are logged in real-time. You get instant access to reporting, so you always know exactly who is on-site at any moment.
Need to check the details? Our reporting dashboard makes it easy to pull up exact time-stamps, showing you exactly when each person logged in and out of your site. Plus, we take the stress out of compliance—the system will automatically notify you when a worker’s induction or certification is about to run out, so you can keep your site running safely with
